Rollin-Rollin-Rollin!

When Howard County school contacted us and asked us if we were interested in partnering with them to help their students produce large scale woodblock prints, based on the theme of Dia de los Muertos, we said "great!" When they asked if they could be printed via steamroller
in our parking lot we enthusiastically replied "Count us in!"

Steve Prince Visits Studio

Steve Prince, a local artist, visited Pyramid Atlantic studio last week to make prints of his giant masterfully created lino cuts. Above is an image of two summer interns, Caroline and Jamie, ogling over Steve's latest work, a six foot long portrait of President Obama.

American Visionary Art Museum and Pyramid Atlantic team up!


Next week Sabeth Jackson and I will be teaching at class called Mapping Your World at the Visionary Art Museum in Baltimore. Using handmade paper, relief printing, and paper sculpture, students will make their own unique map of Baltimore.
If you have never been to this unforgettable and original museum, I highly recommend a visit!
